INGREDIENTS

  • 2 lbs ground chicken breast, browned
  • 10 ounces Tessemae’s Buffalo Sauce
  • 1 lb sweet potatoes, diced
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • ½ cup water

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add ground chicken, sweet potatoes, bell pepper and onion to the slow cooker.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together buffalo sauce and water. Pour into the slow cooker.
  3. Stir to mix well.
  4. Cook HIGH 2-3 hours or LOW 4-6.
